I graduated from The University of Massachusetts, Boston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. After graduating from college and leaving behind a very successful college baseball career, I joined the hospitality industry where for over 25 years I assisted a variety of companies to open and grow numerous restaurants from BBQ & Mexican to Italian.
