After graduating Stonehill College, Jason Parisella began working full time with his mentor and role model, his Dad. His Dad owned businesses and real estate. Jason became the sole owner of one of the businesses, which he sold in 1996 to start his full time career as a Real Estate Agent.

Jason rose to the top of the real estate field locally, which drew the attention of Keller Williams Realty New England, with whom he has opened three franchises. His franchises have ranked in the top 25 nationally. Jason has also been inducted into the Keller Williams Realty Hall of Fame as a franchise operator. 

Jason has been the president of his local Realtor board and was named Realtor of the Year and Life Member. 

Jason has been recognized within his community for his leadership and charitable contributions and is the Founder of the charitable organization, Givepath. 

Jason resides in the North Shore with his wife Esther and son Enzi.
