Mark is the best! Over the course of 2 1/2 months, over 20 houses seen with 3 offers, we finally closed on our new home today. Mark is amazing! We bought 2 states away from where we were living, so the drive is 2 hours. Mark went to many properties on our behalf, FaceTimed us during home tours and then let us know what was worth actually making the drive ourselves. I texted, emailed and called a lot…and he was super responsive. He was so great at keeping me on track with my wish list in a home. When I strayed…:he would bring me back in his own subtle way to what I really wanted. He also acted as therapist at times..:more times than I want to admit. Mark helped my family sell my house in Haverhill and purchase our new home in Londonderry. Buying and selling a home simultaneously can be a complicated experience, but Mark made things a lot easier with his energy and knowledge. He never failed to be available if we wanted to look at a prospective property or answer one of our many questions. We are so grateful for all the help that Nicole provided while we searched for our first home. Not only was she always available for our late night phone calls and questions, but she went out of her way to video call us at multiple homes so we did not have to make 5+ hour drives multiple times a week. This is the fourth house I’ve bought so far in my lifetime, and without a doubt, Nancy was the best realtor I’ve worked with. So many people think they can run out and get a realtor license, such that you end up with a bunch of underqualified “order-takers”. Nancy is the antithesis of that, she is what all realtors should be like - a consummate professional. At my closing, my attorney commented to me what a great job Nancy and her staff had done.
